The Lopez Realty Team is a HUSBAND & WIFE TEAM with over 30 years of negotiating, marketing & sales experience. “Hire a Pitbull, Not a Poodle” is our motto because we fight for our clients! We are real estate experts in both commercial & residential with 90% of our business coming from repeat business & referrals. We got our start in real estate via investment properties and working with other investors locally, out of state and out of country. 

With over 30 years of marketing experience, we place a strong emphasis on technology, social media, and other online platforms to get our clients property SOLD for top dollar! We use professional photography as well as a comprehensive marketing plan including targeted advertising/behavioral targeting as well as extensive social media engagements with real analytics.  

We answer all our calls and return calls. Today, we see so many agents using their camera phones to take pictures and they don’t answer their phones once they get a listing. We want to make an impact on that by giving homeowners a better option. The Lopez Realty Team!

WHO ARE WE? We are April & Sotero Lopez. My name is Sotero M Lopez II. I am a licensed realtor in Michigan & Georgia, real estate investor, entrepreneur & businessman with over 30 years of negotiating, sales and marketing experience.

Ever since I played Monopoly as a kid I wanted to buy and sell real estate. Then I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and made the decision to become a real estate investor, broker and make real estate my life.

In 2001 I met the love of my life, April, and we shared the same passion about real estate. We were married in 2002 and she, April M Lopez, is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of all of our businesses. We are both licensed real estate professionals with 17 years of experience between us. We have two beautiful children together and have been happily married for over 19 years. April brings a strong legal, organizational and finance background to the team. She is amazing at what she does and I could not do this without her. She is, as I always say, my "left side brain".

Our team also consists of realtors, professional marketers, highly experienced lenders, appraisers, contractors and attorneys specializing in real estate, probate and bankruptcy law. This vast array of experience and specialized knowledge gives us and our clients exactly what they need to achieve their real estate dreams.
